About
I am an independent consultant specializing in SalesForce CRM. I first started working with SalesForce as an end user when I was the Development and Volunteer Manager at The Arc San Francisco and quickly moved into being the Administrator for The Arc's instance.

Realizing my passion for Nonprofits maximizing their use of technology, I began work as a Customer Success Engineer at a SalesForce consulting firm where I handled large and small projects as well as troubleshooting and integrating a plethora of SalesForce 3rd-Party Applications.

Having been on various sides of SalesForce implementation and improvement projects, I have a broad view of what solutions are ideal for each organization's situation and can communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

When I'm not consulting, I'm hiking, playing Ultimate Frisbee, cooking or spending time with family.
